So far the plot is this... Pretty much its pretty close to present day but with a little more technologicly advanced society. The phantoms reawaken and now a new team of heroes has to fight them. To make matters worse, a strange bacteria starts apearing on moldy food causing the mold to mutate. Soon the mold develops spores and when the spores find their way into a person's (or animal's) blood stream, it has gastly effects. It rots away at all the living tissue including the brain and the host soon after looses all self controll. The deterioration is slowed if the host uses drugs such as steriods but does not stop it completly. 1 out of every 1,500 people are imune to the condition but if the mold is not destroyed it will adapt... It will evolve.
